Patient booklets. The Christie produces a range of patient information that cover various aspects of cancer and cancer treatments. Booklets are free to patients coming to The Christie and are available from the cancer information centre (department 3).

The centre offers a confidential service for anyone affected by cancer. The Christie Hospital Collection is What patients think about the Christie Hospital book hybrid collection of pre-NHS records of the Christie Hospital and Holt Radium Institute, and documents and ephemera about the Hospital collected by members of staff.

My relative has recently been diagnosed with a rare cancer and has been referred to the Manchester hospital. At The Christie, we are committed to putting patients at the heart of everything we do. We carry out regular surveys to find out what patients think about their care here.
